Website Terms of Use
Effective date: 17 August 2026 · Version 2.0
1. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of inovitec.eu. The website is operated by INOVITEC DESIGN S.R.L., identified in our Legal Notice.
These Website Terms do not replace a proposal, order, licence, statement of work or contract for professional services or products. Where a signed or expressly accepted commercial document applies, that document governs the relevant engagement.
2. Information, not a binding offer
Website content describes our capabilities and is provided for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice for a specific organisation and does not constitute a binding commercial offer.
Cybersecurity, NIS2, funding, procurement, cloud and AI conclusions depend on the entity, sector, jurisdiction, technical perimeter and applicable documents. An internal assessment, gap analysis or consultation is not an official audit, certification, authority decision or guarantee of compliance.
3. Requests and proposals
You may use the contact channels to request information or a consultation. A contract is formed only when the parties agree the applicable scope, price, responsibilities and terms through an authorised document or another legally valid acceptance process.
Please provide accurate information and do not send passwords, access credentials, classified information, personal identity documents or confidential technical data through a public form.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- break applicable law or infringe third-party rights;
- attempt unauthorised access, scanning, interference or circumvention of security controls;
- introduce malware, abusive automation, spam or misleading content;
- collect personal data or website content through unlawful or disproportionate means;
- misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by INOVITEC DESIGN.
Responsible security reports may be sent privately to office@inovitec.eu. Do not access, retain or disclose data beyond what is strictly necessary to describe the issue.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to INOVITEC DESIGN S.R.L. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business reference. Any other reproduction, republication, modification or commercial reuse requires prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
6. External links and embedded services
The website may link to or embed third-party services. We do not control their content, availability or independent processing practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not automatically constitute endorsement. Review the third party’s terms and privacy information before using its services.
7. Availability and changes
We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, suspend or change website features and content when reasonably necessary.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, INOVITEC DESIGN is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general website content, for third-party services, or for indirect losses arising from website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy and cookies
Personal data and cookies are governed by our Privacy and Cookie Policy and the choices available through the cookie-preference interface.
10. Consumer information
Where mandatory consumer-protection rules apply, they remain unaffected. Information about the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection and alternative dispute resolution is available from ANPC and SAL. The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer used.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Website Terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under the law applicable to you. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith. Competent courts are determined under the applicable procedural and consumer-protection rules.
